		<description>Great post. Very timely. I just completed 30 days of 5AM wake up and now it&#039;s harder to sleep in than to get up. My wife doesn&#039;t have to yell at me either. Now I&#039;m on day 3 of 30 for 20-30 minutes of morning exercise and stretching. 

I got the 30 days to change a habit idea from zenhabits but moved on because of some philosophical/spiritual differences with the readers there.

Love your design style on all your sites by the way.</description>
